Between February 3–4, 2026 (UTC), some customers experienced delayed webhook deliveries for Solana transactions.

In isolated cases, delays exceeded one hour, though delivery timing returned to normal shortly afterward (seconds-level latency). The issue resolved on its own, and all webhook deliveries are now operating normally.

We’re monitoring the system and investigating the root cause to prevent recurrence.
