Increased latency across multiple JSONRPC APIs + Downtime on webhooks and pending transactions websockets

Resolved

Due to unintended downstream effect of a configuration change, we saw an increase in latency across multiple API’s including, eth_getTransactionReceipt, eth_getBlock*, and enhanced APIs.

There was also downtime on webhooks and pending transactions websockets across all networks.

The issue was resolved at 1:30pm an hour after it began. We are taking measures to make sure this doesn’t happen again!
