Cloudflare has confirmed they identified the root cause and applied mitigations to ensure this failure mode does not reoccur. Metrics have returned to normal and services are stable!

We will continue to monitor closely and will review the formal RCA from Cloudflare once available.

We are currently observing intermittent latency and error rates on some requests routed through the US-East (IAD) region. Customers with traffic routed through US-East may see increased latency and occasional errors.
